Our dairy milk goats are here.  All the cheeses we serve are hand made artisan cheeses made here from Goat & Cow milk.  The chickens, bees, pigeons and rabbits are coming in February.

Exciting new entree choices such as Braised Rabbit in Fig Sauce,  Cevre Stuffed Squab Drizzle with Thyme & Fennel Sauce & Roast Kid Rocca Priora will be added to our current selections.

What started with a garden, cattle, and a few hens has now become an evolution of food; an endless pursuit to accomplish more. Elm Creek Manor is much more than a culinary experience, it is about love and respect for food. It is also about creativity. Produce is grown & harvested from our land and the animals are raised on our property. Nothing is wasted – everything has its place.  Seasonal to the moment.
