~We raise our own organic herbs, fruits, vegetables and fresh eggs along with raising our own dairy goats, chickens, fish, rabbits and beef. All cheeses are handmade artisan cheeses from our dairy milk. We keep bees for fresh honey and wax for our Artisan cheeses.

3 Course Casual Dinner in Dining Room or Delivered Tray : Seated in dining room at a table for two on Saturday nights when we are not doing the 5 course gourmet dinner. Served at 6:30 or have it delivered as a room service tray at 7:00. $49 per person (includes decanter of comp wine).
