The spirit of Elm Creek Manor embraces the culinary arts and the bounty of the rich Texas soil and sun. We are all about creativity and respect for whole foods while creating a fun farm-to-table escape with friends or a romantic getaway.
Guests seek our venue for its uniqueness and our ability to bring a peak of perfection bounty to the table. The ultimate farm-to-table restaurant experience is easily achieved when the table is at the farm.
Apart from growing our organic herbs, fruits, and vegetables, we raise our dairy goats, fish, rabbits, beef, and chickens as well as harvest their daily fresh-laid eggs. All of our artisan cheeses are handmade from our dairy goats. We also keep bees for fresh honey and wax for our artisan cheeses.
Can't stay the night? We offer one table each Saturday night, that will accommodate up to 4 people, to allow a non-overnight guest to enjoy dinner at the Inn. Non-guest rate is $89 pp, plus 8.5% tax, 20% service. Includes social hour in the library, before dinner seating (comp decanter of wine at dinner). Phone the inn for a dinner reservation (we do not accept reservations within 15 days of arrival).

Saturday nights, we offer our wonderful 3 course serviced dinner in the beautiful dining room, at a table for two, or a private table for two in the library. Seated at 6:00 (includes decanter of comp wine or rum punch). This dinner is where Marcia loves to indulge guests with a true "farm-to-table concept"

Thursday and Friday we Offer The 3 Course Delicious Dinner Tray
This is a hot dinner tray that is delivered "all at once" to a location of your choice. Your dinner tray may be delivered to a garden, at the pool, or to your room. You may let us know where you wish to have this delivered.
The dinner tray consists of a salad course with homemade salad dressing, the entree you select from the choices below, plus two side dishes based on what is fresh from the garden, and a wonderful dessert (includes a decanter of comp wine or rum punch).

Chef’s Gourmet Charcuterie Dinner Tray
A Wonderful Charcuterie tray of fruit, cheese, smoked meat, dried fruits, hummus, and many of our farm-made delicacies with complimentary wine. A guest favorite! No two are alike. Available seven days a week.

We love that our guests arrive for their getaway anticipating all of our organic foods. These include our meats, milk, eggs, cheeses, and fresh farm vegetables. That being said, as a small Inn, we serve our menu selections guests have chosen ahead of time at one seating, at tables for two, or by Dinner Tray.
As a small inn, we create the same meals for all guests (guests select their entree before arrival). As such, our complete sourcing from our farm limits our ability to adapt to guests with restrictive or multiple dietary needs. Many dining venues can accommodate restrictive diets because they purchase their food from food suppliers. Our farm-to-table aspect limits our ability to work around guests with limited special dietary needs, as it does not allow us to create a wonderful culinary experience for all other guests (inquire before making a reservation). We can accommodate Flexitarian and gluten-free.
As a farm that specializes in specialty cheeses, dairy is a huge component of our food. We are not able to prepare dairy-free or multiple dietary restrictions, Lacto Vegetarian, Vegan, or Ovo Vegetarian diets.
We must have dietary restrictions within ten days of arrival. Please email us with your nutritional limits and strong dislikes. We are not able to make adjustments if we are not notified well in advance. Everything is seasonal to the moment!
