Guest Cancellation Policies
Regular Guest Cancellation Policy

Regular Guest Cancellation Policy:
We know life can get a bit hectic- if you find you are unable to come on your reserved date 30+ days from the date of arrival, you can move the date, one time, to a new date, which can include a weekend. The remaining balance will be charged at the time of the move. Your new reservation will then be fully paid.
When plans change 29-15 days before your arrival, you will be issued an e-certificate for the full value of your deposit with no penalty, and you may later reschedule a wonderful stay, within 6 months (Sun - Thurs, non-holiday).
When plans change 14 to 7 days before your arrival, the remaining balance will be charged to the credit card on file - you will be issued an e-certificate for the full value toward a wonderful stay, within 6 months (Sun - Thurs, non-holiday). No cancelation fee.
Cancellations 6 to 4 days before arrival, the remaining balance will be charged to the credit card on file - you will be issued an e-certificate for the full value toward a wonderful stay-less $29 cancellation fee, to use within 6 months (Sun - Thur, non-holiday).
Within 3 days to 24 hours of arrival: the remaining balance will be charged to the credit card on file - you will be issued an e-certificate for the full value toward a wonderful stay-less $99 cancellation fee. You may use your e-certificate within 6 months (Sun - Thur, non-holiday).
Crazy happens: 24 hours or less are unfortunately charged 100% of the reservation total and we are unable to send a gift card for a future stay because sadly, the room will remain empty without you here.
E-certificates generated from a cancellation may only be used one time, toward a new reservation.
* If the remaining balance is unable to be charged to a credit card, the deposit paid, will be forfeited.
* Cancellations must be received by email and you must make certain we have acknowledged receipt and have sent you a cancellation confirmation.
Group Booking, Cheese Course & New Year's Eve Policies:
31+ days before arrival we charge a $99 fee. We will send you an Elm Creek Manor e-certificate for the full value of your stay less the deposit paid less the fee.
30 to 16 days b arrival we charge a $120 fee. The remaining balance of your reservation will be charged to the credit card on file - you get to use what you have paid toward a luxurious stay, within 6 months (Sun thru Thurs, non-holiday).
15 to 6 days b arrival, we charge a $199 fee. The remaining balance of your reservation will be charged to the credit card on file - you get to use what you have paid toward a luxurious stay, within 6 months (Sun thru Thurs, non-holiday).
Crazy happens: 5 to 0 days are unfortunately charged 100% of the reservation total and we are unable to send a gift card for a future stay because sadly, the room will remain empty without you here.
Cancellations are uncomfortable for both of us.
Cancellations must be received by email and you must make certain we have acknowledged receipt and have sent you a cancellation confirmation.
The credit card listed on the reservation will be charged for the remaining balance due on the reservation 14 days b arrival for the Groups and Cheese Course.
Smoking is only permitted outdoors and not around other guests (never around the pool area). A $250 cleaning fee will be assessed if evidence of smoking is found in the guest rooms.
We love that our guests arrive for their getaway anticipating all of our whole organic foods. These include our meats, milk, eggs, cheeses, and fresh farm vegetables. That being said, as a small Inn, we serve our menu selections guests have chosen ahead of time at one seating, at tables for two or by Dinner Tray.
As a small inn, we create the same meals for all guests (guests select their entree before arrival). As such, our complete sourcing from our farm limits our ability to adapt to guests with restrictive or multiple dietary needs. Many dining venues can accommodate restrictive diets because they purchase their food from food suppliers. Our farm to table aspect limits our ability to work around guests with limited special dietary needs, as it does not allow us to create a wonderful culinary experience for all other guests (inquire before making a reservation). We can accommodate Flexitarian & Gluten-Free.
As a farm that specializes in specialty cheeses, dairy is a huge component to our food. We are not able to prepare Dairy Free or multiple dietary restrictions, Lacto Vegetarian, Vegan or Ovo Vegetarian diets.
We must have dietary restrictions within ten days of arrival. Please email us with your nutritional limits and strong dislikes. We are not able to make adjustments if we are not notified well in advance. Everything is seasonal to the moment!
Please include all meals, enhancements, and spa treatments with your reservation. You may still add enhancements or meals or upgrade a package to an existing reservation within five days before arrival (phone to confirm). Packages and enhancements may not be removed or reduced once the reservation has been confirmed. Cancellation penalties apply for removing parts of your reservation. Guests seek our venue for its uniqueness, customization, and personal service. Changing reservation details disrupts the flow for all guests.
For a one-night reservation on a Friday or Saturday, plus Sundays on holiday weekends, we will note your preferred room. Your room selection will be emailed 24 hours before arrival. A two-night stay will guarantee you the room of your choice.
Please Note: The credit card Listed on the reservation will be charged for the remaining balance due on the reservation, 14 days prior to arrival for New Years Eve, 48 hours prior to arrival for Groups & Cheese Course.
- We have a very strict "NO FLAME" policy at our Inn due to a past fire )includes any device for cooking in rooms).
- We are an adult facility and are not able to accept guests under 18 years.
- To protect the privacy and safety of all guests, we are a closed property and only allow registered guests on the property.

Your payment and personal information are always safe. Our Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) software is the industry standard and encrypts all of your personal information, including credit card number, name, and address so that it cannot be read over the internet.
